IT Sales Representative
Abby Systems is seeking an IT Sales Representative to help drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and presenting technology solutions that align with customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-up
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and technology challenges
Present Abby Systems’ managed IT services and related solutions in a clear and professional manner
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotes, and service recommendations
Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, and sales activity in the CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth handoff from sales to onboarding
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
Meet activity and performance goals related to outreach, pipeline growth, and closed business
Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and a service-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills
Ability to build trust and communicate value effectively
Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups
Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or account management is preferred
